FAQs

What do you bring to your first visit?

Please print and fill out the appropriate forms before your appointment to maximize time spent with your practitioner. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. If you have previously had imaging such as x-rays or MRI’s please bring a copy of the reports with you.

What are your fees?

Our fees vary depending on the type and length of treatment. A list of our fees can be seen here.

Do you offer direct billing?

Only available during reception hours. Please print and fill out the direct billing form before your appointment. Please bring your group member benefits card and photo ID with you to your appointment.

What should I do if I am ill on the day of my appointment?

Please be in touch as soon as you know you can’t make it and we will reschedule your appointment.

Do you accept auto accident claims?

We accept a limited number of auto accident cases. We submit your invoices to your insurer and they will reimburse you for your appointments.

Do you accept WSIB claims?

Unfortunately, we do not offer WSIB billing services to new patients.

I started seeing Aaron Kaus RMT and have had more results in a few months with him than the past 5 years with many other RMTs! His approach is very holistic, educational and personalized. I appreciate his focus towards actually SOLVING my muscle issues rather than just treating symptoms. Every session is effective and PAINLESS. No more achy muscles after deep tissue massage, he resets everything and I walk out feeling great. He even worked on my TMJ issues and the relief was instant after suffering for as long as I can remember. I no longer have to go to physio for strain injuries, because nothing is getting strained anymore! I could go on and on. I recommend him to everyone.

I have seen Aaron for massage over the years and he is absolutely the best! I went recently after a car accident with hip and shoulder issues and he helped me out big time. He really knows his stuff. I also love how Aaron educated me on what going on with your body so you can really understand the issues. He sent me home with some small stretches and exercises to do, this also was a big help with my injuries. Thanks Aaron!!

This was the easiest 5 star I have ever given. Shelley Adam's and her staff are all such wonderful people. Shelley truly goes above and beyond for her clients. I was just raving about her today to a friend, when I thought, "I suppose I should write a review." Thank you Mountain Chiropractic!!!

I never give 5 stars. No one is perfect and there is always room for improvement. However, when it comes to the services and care I have received, I am not finding ways they could improve. For me, my experience with chiropractic care, and more recently massage care, has be positive. I was losing quality of life, unable to do activities I love. They heard me and helped me roll on. We’re still working on paddling on but I’m definitely going in the right direction with spine and muscle care. Highly recommend their services.

My whole family receives monthly massages from Irina and we couldn’t be happier. She is especially great with my two small children who can’t wait for their treatments. She remembers all the little details about each of us and we always leave feeling lighter and more relaxed. Her later appointments are perfect for our busy schedules and there is nothing like a massage at 7pm and immediately putting on PJs for the ride home!

I had my first visit with Irina today and it was an amazing experience. She is a skilled massage therapist and truly knows how to get to the root of the problem. I was suffering from back and neck pain and she was able to relieve it better than anyone I've ever seen. Irina is also a warm and friendly person, making the whole experience very pleasant. The pressure she used was just right, leaving me feeling renewed and refreshed. I highly recommend Irina for anyone looking for an excellent massage therapist. Wonderful team!! I was referred to by a friend and I am so thankful she did! Aaron is amazing at his practice, he is very thorough and wants to fix all of your problem spots. He makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed, he also explains how and why the problem spots are there. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone who was in need of a massage!!!!!

Shelley is the ABSOLUTE best! I was so lucky when a friend referred me to her. She is both caring and competent. Two wonderful traits for medical practitioner! Aaron has been helping me realign my back shoulders and neck ( which were a mess) working with me to correct old injuries from years of abuse snowboarding and surgeries. These injuries are now interfering with my golf game and daily life ….I am really impressed with the work Aaron has done so far and can’t wait to see the continuous improvements. I highly recommend Aaron if your body needs relief from massage as well if your looking to improve overall mobility.
